Billing period:

Monthly Billing Yearly Billing (Prepay for 11 months and get the 12th month free)

Terms: 1) Membership fees for JewishWeddingPages.com ("JWP") may ONLY be paid by credit card.
2) Automatic Renewal: At the end of your selected billing period (1 month or 12-months, as selected above), Member's credit card will automatically be charged, to pay for the coming billing period of that same length.

If Member selected Monthly Billing,	Member's credit card will be charged every month on the same date of the month as this contract is dated below. This date of the month is referred to as the Anniversary Date.
If Member selected Yearly Billing ,	Member's credit card will be charged every year on the same date of the year as this contract is dated below. This date of the year is referred to as the Anniversary Date. (Members that selected the yearly billing period will continue to pay for only 11 months and get the 12th month FREE, even upon automatic renewal.)

3) Cancellation: If Member wishes to cancel membership, they must submit a written cancellation notice via email, to cancellations@jewishweddingpages.com, no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time (NY) of the day before their Anniversary Date. Otherwise, Member's credit card will be charged for the coming billing period, and those charges will not be refunded.
4) Promotional and Regular Pricing: If qualified for Introductory Promotional Pricing, enrolling member understands that, when the promotional period of 12 months ends, if member did not cancel membership, automatic renewal will be at the regular prices (listed in the chart above) and not at the promotional prices. Promotional pricing is only offered to new advertisers.
5) This enrollment form is not an offer. JWP has the right to decline any enrollment. Upon JWP's discretion, JWP also has the right to cancel any reseller's membership at any time, and issue a prompt pro-rated refund representing the remainder of the reseller's prepaid membership term.
6) All advertisers associated with the food industry, such as Caterers, Reception Halls, Restaurants, Bakeries, etc. must provide JWP with a copy of their valid and current Kosher supervision certifications. Advertiser can request that that these certifications not be displayed in their listing. Advertiser can request that these certifications not be displayed in their listing. If not specified, JWP will display the Kosher supervision certifications in the advertiser's profile page (shown after user clicks on �more info�).
7) Each Member bears their own responsibility for claiming their level of service, authorization(s), certifications, and Kosher Supervisions. Advertising member understands that "JWP" does not supervise or certify any of our member advertisers in regard to their Kosher standards, religious standards, business practices, or in any other regard.
